1 cup blueberries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Range an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and aerosol with nonstick cooking food spray.

these were OUTSTANDING. mine flattened a lot more than the picture here, but i think my very old baking soda would be to blame. My dough also appeared very wet, therefore i may not have got assessed the flour perfectly.

In another large dish, stir collectively carrots, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and eggs until well combined. Gradually stir in Kefir. Add moist ingredients to dry ingredients and blend until just combined. Slowly fold in pineapple (and nut products/raisins, if you work with).

I have no idea why but taking in a large cup of hot cocoa before bed makes me incredibly happy. One among my newfound obsessions. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 whole wheat grains pitas, cut in half
Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
To make the burgers combine first 7 ingredients. Divide mixture into four portions and shape right into a 1/2 inch-thick patty.
