And after the third round of tests, they arrived just perfect!

I used Trader Joe’s Coconut Flour.
I love to sprinkle extra chocolates chunks at the top or melt a little extra chocolate and glaze it over the top from the bars. These are also specifically delicious having a sprinkle of sea salt at the top.
Coconut flakes aren’t included in nutritional info, but the chocolate is.
I have tried several coconut flour recipes that failed in flavor and texture. THAT IS A TOTAL HIT!!!!
What texture if the batter mix be?
Like a normal cake mix or thinner? Mine was v watery.
Where are the optional coconut flakes supposed to go? In the dough or sprinkled at the top? They are not really mentioned again in the recipe.
Just made these after seeing so many people make them in Instagram! I love them! I had been determining between these as well as the chickpea blondies, so I definitely see the blondies taking place sometime in my own future!
