5 Minute Strawberry Banana Ice Cream – Only 3 Ingredients

No matter the weather we are usually looking for mouth watering glaciers cream. Today we are enjoying a simple Strawberry Banana Glaciers Cream today. I truly enjoy producing healthier goodies for my Munchkin. That does not generally include store bought ice cream as she is sometimes sensitive to sugar. When you have kids, you may understand that some times I just do not have the energy to cope with a sugars buzz. LOL
So, I decided to whip up a fabulously flavorful, creamy lovely dessert for her. I used frozen fruits and a tiny bit of sugar. It really is AMAZING!!! It took significantly less than five minutes, I used my blender AND it is only 3 ingredients!
I have even made this recipe using honey, agave, stevia and maple syrup. The stevia natural powder or real sugar came out the very best, but try it with your favorite sweetener and see what you believe.

Basic Strawberry Banana Ice Cream – acts 8 (makes approximately 64 ounces)
4 huge bananas, frozen
4 cups strawberries, frozen
2 tablespoons glucose (or powdered stevia)
Place strawberries inside a bowl or measuring glass, sprinkle with glucose and toss to mix. Place bowl in microwave at 30 second intervals until the strawberries soften somewhat and the glucose dissolves in the juice.
Increase bananas and strawberry mixture towards the blender and blend until they reach an ideal consistency.
When your snow cream stops moving in the blender, you should end and scrape straight down the pitcher of the blender and stir a few times. About 2-3 moments total blending time.
Your frozen fruit may separate into tiny frozen chunks before it becomes a fabulous creamy consistency, therefore be patient.
Serve and revel in! You can also transfer to a freezer safe container and allow ice cream to set in the refrigerator for bone broth without chicken feet 2 to 3 3 hours.
NOTE: You can find no preservatives within your snow cream, so that it will freeze solid. Simply remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving to permit to soften slightly. If freezes and retains beautifully!
