In 2008 the UK Government decided that there must be more support for military personnel after they stop serving, therefore the Enhanced Learning Credits army scheme was created to help army leavers acquire training and qualifications. Also called ELC, the Enhanced Learning Credits army scheme supports army personnel to be successful in civilian employment by monetary support for education and classes. Military leavers have access to this funding for a maximum of three separate financial years so it is a lot of your energy to get a number of potentially profitable new skills.
