MMS  runs  a red deer farm and private guest house at Jarvajoe kula.
MMS started a project for 10 luxury houses near the lake of Porkuni.
President of the company is Maarten H van Gent, the former  basketball coach of the national men teams of Estonia and the Netherlands.
The deer farm is on 200 ha including  the guest house.
The villas are on 3 ha and 150 m from the Porkuni lake.
There is another 80 ha on the other side of the main road to build 250 villas.
