You do not skip the butter or oil or white sugar in this recipe AT ALL! It is therefore lovely and tasty, goes fabulous with tea and I cant wait around to truly have a slice for breakfast time tomorrow morning!
I use whole wheat flour after i bake but I combined all purpose and whole wheat for this formula, and as usually doubled the sodium.
Also threw in some chopped walnuts I had formed on hand. Great! Great job with this one!!
I made this a few weeks back muffins, these were to pass away for the whole family loved them.

Used regular whole wheat grains, two whole eggs and 4 very ripe bananas. No chocolates. Simply walnuts and cranberries.
