I went to Investor Joe’s last night around 4pm and literally almost went insane. To begin with, never head to Trader Joe’s between the hours of 3-5:30pm. Trust me guys, your car will most likely end up being hit by reddish purchasing carts (happened to me), children will run into with mini purchasing carts, you will be blinded by way of a sea of Hawaiian shirts and it will take you a good hour . 5 to get a total of 10 stuff.

HOWEVER what you would find at Investor Joe’s this time of year is actually everything you could ever need for all of your fall meals. I mean discuss pumpkin overload! That they had pumpkin cornbread blend, pumpkin risotto, pumpkin bagels, pumpkin crackers, pumpkin butter and most likely a million other things I didn’t catch. After this I realized that Investor Joe’s and I are soulmates and that I should actually just move in the supermarket to fulfill my lifelong imagine eating pumpkin items every day. I’d even wear a Hawaiian top and ring that damn bell. I’d be the next Wally (you will not get that if you are not a TJ’s shopper.)
Yep. Occasionally I’m that basic girl.
BOTTOM LINE: It’s mouth watering and super healthy (plenty of vitamin A, C and fiber). Get with it.
I don’t know where is pig feet I got the idea to put yogurt in the squash but We amount sour cream is good on potatoes and squash is comparable to potatoes so why not try greek yogurt?
I am hoping you test it out for. Sometimes I consume it for dinner after a long run. Mmmmm you can’t go wrong. xo!

You can use vanilla greek yogurt as well as plain yogurt.
If you are vegan or dairy free, use an almond, soy or coconut yogurt. The squash is even wonderful without yogurt!
Feel absolve to use maple syrup instead of honey and walnuts or almonds instead of pecans!
