I know, crazy right? I believe it is because I’m a little bit enthusiastic about everything Mexican (enchiladas, chips, guac, tacos… etc)! It’s simply too great to refuse.
This past week though I simply had a craving for ravioli, lasagna, garlic bread or basically ANYTHING ITALIAN. Regrettably all I had formed in my own cupboard was tomato sauce, but man, do that sauce look good. Like I type of wanted to consume it from the jar and contact it dinner.

But seriously, these cookies are essentially a mini, delicious birthday present to myself.
It occurred to me that really couldn’t be simply ANY cookie though; it needed to be amazing. Kinda like those Nutella-stuffed cookies Wait around, what about the Peanut Butter Chocolates Chip cookies ? Or those sensational Dark brown Butter Snickerdoodles ? Obviously if a guy wants to understand how to my heart, it’s through cookies made out of brown butter.
What? Baking the right path to love is completely a thing you know.
Okay, enough approximately brown butter and guy bait and such. Let’s chat cookies because that is why you are really here.

I went to Investor Joe’s last night around 4pm and literally almost went insane. To begin with, never head to Trader Joe’s between the hours of 3-5:30pm. I don’t know where is pig feet I got the idea to put yogurt in the squash but We amount sour cream is good on potatoes and squash is comparable to potatoes so why not try greek yogurt?
