1/2 cup whipped cream cheese, softened (I take advantage of the Philadelphia brand)
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup darkish sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or white whole wheat grains)
3/4 teaspoon cooking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any you like)
1 cup new raspberries, chopped
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Ever since I’ve been little, my blood sugar levels has always been on a rigid 3-hour dive plan. Such as, I’m the sort of person who really needs something to eat every few hours or I’ll crash. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten free, if desired)
2 tablespoons mini chocolates chips (vegan, pigs feet new years if desired)
1 tablespoon chia seeds

I know, crazy right? I believe it is because I’m a little bit enthusiastic about everything Mexican (enchiladas, chips, guac, tacos… etc)! It’s simply too great to refuse.
This past week though I simply had a craving for ravioli, lasagna, garlic bread or basically ANYTHING ITALIAN. Regrettably all I had formed in my own cupboard was tomato sauce, but man, do that sauce look good. Like I type of wanted to consume it from the jar and contact it dinner.
Is that weird?
I considered to myself for a very long time about what I could do using the tomato sauce. After all, besides spooning it into my mouth or just warming it up and pretending it had been tomato soup. At one stage I considered ordering breadsticks from Pizza Hut just so I could drop them in the sauce, but determined I wasn’t that desperate.
I finished up searching the fridge and found low fat ground turkey. Obviously cute small meatballs came straight to mind!

2 cups tomato sauce or your preferred pasta sauce (marinara works well)
4-5 large basil leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
4-6 oz . of Burrata mozzarella cheese, cut into large pieces
Preheat oven to 400 levels F.
