Meal Prep Idea: Sluggish Cooker Thai Peanut Chicken with Sticky Coconut Crimson Rice

Tags :

Slow cooker Thai peanut chicken served over a scrumptious sticky coconut purple rice. Healthy, easy to make and ideal for food prep or even a weeknight supper. This is a dish you’ll make over and over!

Should you loved this information and also you wish to get more info concerning stuffed zucchini pizza boats i implore you to check out our web-site. Our new home is within a diverse, wonderful section of Chicago with a number of cultural, chic restaurants. From Mexican and Thai, to Ethiopian and burger bones, our neighborhood features a few of the most exclusive food in the city. A couple weeks ago, Tony and I decided to try a brand-new Thai cafe that always seemed to be bustling with people, also through the weeknights.

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by over 250 items on the menu, but additionally the aroma of tastes enticing us to purchase everything. As we had been seated, I noticed other customers slurping up broth from big steaming bowls of pho with heavy noodles; you could also smell the green onions they garnished across the top of the soup. Instantly, Tony and I could tell that place would become our neighborhood favorite. A gem of sorts.

Upon glancing on the menu, I noticed that peanuts and chicken were a theme that everyone seemed to enjoy. Noodles having a coconut-peanut sauce, scallions, cilantro and ususally pork or chicken. Of course, whatever resembles peanut butter taste has my center.

The particular dish was no different, and because I enjoyed it a lot, I made a decision to turn it right into a slow cooker meal you could make any moment of year best in the home. A creamy true peanut butter sauce made out of either coconut or almond dairy is usually poured over chicken within the gradual cooker to create the ultimate comfort food. Serve over rice and you’ve got yourself a nutritious well-balanced meal.

Tony requested that we have this at least 3x a month. That has to mean it’s pretty damn good, best?

Now you may be wondering the actual hell Thai sticky crimson rice is. Don’t be concerned, I’ve got answers!

Purple sticky rice is also referred to as black grain, or sometimes forbidden rice. It’s slightly sweet in flavor, a little sticky and chewy, and totally delicious. Dark or purple grain also boasts one of the better nutritional profiles with regards to grain; each serving provides around 5g proteins and it’s reduced carbs than brown rice or white rice! I toasted mine in a little coconut essential oil to improve the flavor and it had been unbelievable – specifically with the thai peanut chicken on top.

Honestly, dark or purple rice can be hard to find, but that is usually the brand I use (affiliate hyperlink!). If you can’t find it or don’t want to order it on-line, try searching for black or forbidden grain at Entire Foods or in the Asian cooking section of your supermarket. Still can’t find it? Then I recommend using a brief grain brown rice. (Please understand that if you are using a brown rice, the cooking food time will vary, so just pay attention to the bundle.)

UM ALSO, I believe I forgot to inform you guys that I’m going to Israel next week. Have some of you been?! Inform me everything. I’m hoping another with plenty of meals ideas for you personally.

If you make this slow cooker thai peanut poultry recipe, be sure to tag #ambitiouskitchen on Instagram ! I really like seeing your creations! xo.

Once done cooking, remove chicken using a slotted spoon, shred with two forks, then go back to the slower cooker; stir to mix the shredded poultry with the sauce.

About 30 minutes before you decide to are ready to serve the chicken, make the rice: Place a medium pot over medium heat and add coconut oil and purple sticky rice. Toast grain with the coconut essential oil for 5 minutes; stirring regularly to toast the rice and infused the coconut essential oil taste in. After five minutes add in drinking water and bring combination to a boil, then cover, reduce warmth to low and simmer for 25 mins. (If you are not really using thai crimson sticky grain, then cooking period may vary. For instance, brown rice will take about 45 a few minutes.) After grain is done cooking, remove heat, then re-cover and allow stand for 5 more a few minutes. Once done, time of year with just a little salt to flavor.

To make the bowls, consistently distribute grain and chicken on top. Add popular sauce, peanuts and cilantro on top, if preferred. 5 Reasons I Love Juice Cleanses + an Urban Remedy Purify Juice Cleanse Review

Tags :

Remember last year when I did so overview of Urban Remedy’s Organic Signature Juice Cleanse and fell in like? Well I decided to do another one and share my knowledge with you!

First I want to dive into WHY I really like juice cleanses a lot since I know there’s lots of controversy around if they are actually good for the body. My reasons are solely personal and should not be taken as advice; contemplate it me posting my knowledge with you.

I love performing a juice cleanse 1-2 moments annually for the next reasons:

1. Sometimes I fall into really bad diet plan and feel like I need to reset. This occurs to me during the holidays or when I’m incredibly stressed. I get into the habit of eating out a whole lot or cooking too much and indulging in just about any sweet I could get my hands on. It’s really hard to break so I find that doing a juice cleanse gives me the power to eliminate cravings and invite my own body to detoxification from unnecessary sugar, excess fats, sodium, and preservatives.

2. It offers me back again my willpower. Following a 3-time cleanse, I feel empowered to create healthy options. I also crave different foods. Rather than cookies, I want fresh tomatoes or a vegetarian salad with ripe avocado. I crave juicy oranges and steamed broccoli. My sugars cravings are reduced and I really need to make nutritious diet options. I also don’t crave bread or meat which to me is actually interesting.

3. My energy skyrocket. I feel like I can do anything. I’m upbeat, positive, happy, and mostly I simply wish to dance in my own living room by myself.

4. My skin glows. I think it’s from all of the nutrients and vitamins in the juice, but I discover that my skin glows and it is incredibly gentle and smooth.

5. I sleep just like a baby. Generally I’m up really late every evening, but around the juice cleanse I had been in bed early and woke up feeling refreshed. I also slept through the night which is incredible because I don’t do that.

Urban Remedy kindly delivered me their 3-day Purify Cleanse to try and I actually LOVED it a lot more than the signature cleanse. In fact, Urban Remedy is normally my favorite juice cleanse. I’ve in fact tried a few others, but nothing at all compares to this one! I like doing 3-day cleanses since it doesn’t seem overwhelming. You prepare your body for a few days before the cleanse by consuming clean and mostly vegan.

So, what’s the Purify Cleanse?

The Purify Cleanse may be the next step following the Personal Cleanse, but I actually thought the Purify was simpler to do and much more delicious!

There are 6 juices which you drink every day. All juices are organic with elements resources from farms. The easy idea at Urban Remedy is the fact that food is medication; so there are a lot of great exotic fruits and veggies to greatly help purify and cleanse your body. It is possible to read even more about Urban Treatment here

There are a lot of great resources on their site, such as for example How to Cleanse which includes what to eat and drink before, during, and after your cleanse.

My Overall Experience

My juices arrived mid-morning on a Saturday. I thought we would have them delivered for the weekend because I understand that’s when I usually get into negative traits and indulge. I believed a weekend of willpower would perform the body good. Plus at that time I had a vacation to Australia coming up so I understood that I needed to do a nice juice before my vacation.

The best juices were the next, 4th and 6th. They’re bright and flavorful and each day I could barely wait to beverage them. The next juice tastes extremely lemony but it’s a terrific way to start your morning hours using a zing. The 4th juice is certainly hands down the very best ever. It’s called Young Love and it is a combination of berries, acai, pineapple, kale and chia seeds. I’m a huge fan of chia seed products and how complete they make you. I in fact crave this juice all the time! Lastly was the Nourish juice that is fundamentally a vanilla-ginger cashew dairy. This juice produced me completely complete so I recommend sipping onto it for any half hour.

Overall I had been happy with Urban Remedy’s Purify Cleanse and would certainly repeat. Should you loved this informative article and you want to receive more information concerning stuffed zucchini boats with chicken generously visit our web-page. Like I stated, it’s the best!

And if you decide that you want to get a cleanse, Urban Remedy is offering a special code for my readers. Just enter AKReader if you checkout and you’ll get a free set of spikes (also called boosts)!

Hi Mary!

THe juices don’t price very much actually. For a 5 day cleanse it might be around $300. Each day costs 59.99 for 6 juices. I find that a 3 day cleanse is ideal for me and worthwhile knowing how great I’ll experience after.

It always feels outstanding to wake up and notice banana breads sitting within the counter waiting to be devoured. You understand it’s going to be even better than it was the first day, if that’s even possible. However you tell yourself you should have it later on, perhaps for a day treat.

Tags :

Shortly after you open the pantry and peer into the fridge, you realize you’re unquestionably having that banana bread for breakfast. There is no halting you. You’re craving it Today.

That was my scenario a week ago and it ended beside me enjoying two thick slices with peanut butter on top. Plus a few refreshing strawberries, chia seed products and huge chunks of dark chocolate. Because antioxidants, right?

If you have any concerns pertaining to where and how to use vegan quinoa stuffed zucchini boats, you could call us at our own web page. Today’s banana bread comes to you with an excellent new flour I discovered: Chickpea flour! Or also known as Garbanzo Bean flour. It noises weird, but suspend beside me for an instant while I explain…

So I’ve been wanting to experiment with chickpea flour for several reasons: It’s inexpensive, nutritious, packed with fiber and proteins & naturally gluten free. Each portion of chickpea flour packs an impressive 6g of protein and 5g fiber. SAY WHAT? It’s actually a proteins goddess. You’d also end up being surprised to hear the fact that flour is normally slightly sweet as well, which means that it was easy to cut back on the sweeteners within the recipe.

So where is it possible to buy chickpea flour? Sadly it can be a little difficult to find unless you have a wellness foods store in your area or a supermarket with a good gluten free section. You can also buy it on the web here

The good news is that chickpea flour isn’t tough to make yourself, it’s simply ground up dried chickpeas that are pulsed into a fine powder with the hard pieces sifted out. I’ve haven’t tried the DIY edition yet, but wish to!

Here are some facts about these little health powerhouses:

They’re one of the most environmentally friendly vegetation on the planet, using minimal water and a lower carbon footprint than almost any other meals group.

Pulses are one of the most cost-effective proteins around and have a tendency to be very affordable.

Pulses deliver large levels of potassium, magnesium, zinc, B vitamin supplements and iron. They’re also saturated in fiber and helpful in disease prevention.

I heart pulses x a million. (Also a fun fact.)

We made this breads and brought it to one of the best fitness trainers, but didn’t simply tell him it was made with chickpea flour. He said the loaf of bread was amazing!

Tony also ate several pieces with peanut butter at the top for dessert. He LOVED it and confirmed it tasted the same as regular banana loaf of bread. Having a boyfriend who will try anything is actually a blessing.

We made it today! I had formed promised baking to the three yr old, then uncovered we were from all-purpose flour. We had chickpea flour readily available, which explains why I googled and ended up here. We produced mini muffins, and ate half of them straight from the oven.

I’m on holiday at this time. Except I’m still in Minnesota… spending a while with someone special. I’ll have to fill you in on that later. It’s a fairly cute story. But let’s simply say, I’m incredibly happy. Last night we went to the apple orchard and I’m hoping to create an apple pie or my greatest apple crisp. Tonight we’re producing the best turkey meatballs (make sure they are!).

With this mini staycation, it has been great to have a break from the internet and blogging. Actually, I recently cracked my iPhone display so while it’s becoming repaired, I don’t possess usage of Email, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. At first I didn’t know what to accomplish but found myself actually paying attention in conversations and not constantly looking at my notifications.

But today, I simply couldn’t resist blogging because you certainly need these ginger oatmeal cookies in your life.

I was experimenting once i made these. I understood that I wanted to create a cookie for the holidays and nothing at all beats a chewy molasses cookie, but that which was going to ensure it is special?

A little dark brown butter. And just a little oatmeal for a perfect chewy texture.

You guys understand how I feel about brown butter, right? It’s just about the love of my life. The majority of my cookies possess brown butter, because I think it is makes them a little more extraordinary.

And in ginger oatmeal cookies? It’s brings a distinctive caramel-like richness. The molasses, oatmeal, and brownish butter together are simply extraordinary.

I love moving these in a little sugar to make them pretty. If you want, you could move them in a cinnamon-sugar combination to make gingerdoodles (ginger + snickerdoodles)! Oh, and these cookies will remain soft and chewy for times through the molasses and dark brown sugar! Just keep them in an airtight container.

In the event that you aren’t acquainted with how to dark brown butter, I created a tutorial to obtain started. Here is more in regards to stuffed zucchini boats microwave look at the web site. It’s a breeze!

Have an excellent weekend and happy baking! xoxo!

Ingredients

3/4 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon cooking soda

1 teaspoon all spice

1 cup packed darkish sugar

1/4 cup molasses

1 large egg

Instructions

Whisk jointly the flour, oats baking soda pop, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, almost all spice, and sodium in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. The butter will begin to foam. Be sure you whisk consistently during this process. After a short while, the butter will begin to brown on the bottom from the saucepan; continue steadily to whisk and remove from temperature when the butter starts to brown and present off a nutty aroma. Instantly transfer the butter to a bowl to prevent burning up. Set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.

With a power mixer, mix the butter and brown sugar until thoroughly blended. Beat within the egg, vanilla, and molasses until clean and creamy. Add the dry ingredients gradually and defeat on low-speed simply until mixed. Chill dough in fridge for about quarter-hour (that is to help make the dough easier to roll into balls).

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grab a big tablespoon roughly of dough and roll into a ball and roll in sugar mix. Place dough balls on cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and great the cookies on bedding about 2 moments then transfer to a wire rack. If you want cookies with a crispier sides, bake about 12 moments. They will still remain soft on the inside. Repeat with staying dough. Makes about 20 cookies.

Must. Try… Significantly!

i made these!!! went straight from your own recipe…the ONLY matter i changed was the addition of walnuts. (greatest plan I’ve got all day)

these were OUTSTANDING. mine flattened a lot more than the picture here, but i think my very old baking soda would be to blame. My dough also appeared very wet, therefore i may not have got assessed the flour perfectly.

the quantity of dried out spices is right on, i wish to look for a spicier dried out ginger next time (or maybe grate a teeny bit of fresh) to really give them a bite.

The brown butter taste has gone out out of this world delish.

Old! Mine required about 15 mins to bake, but most likely because I halved the quantity of oats.

Loving this web site. I’d under no circumstances attempted browning butter away from fear, but your guide was so helpful and this recipe was easy for a newbie baker without kitchen appliances.

WHOLE WHEAT GRAINS Pineapple-Carrot Cake Waffles with Maple Cream Mozzarella cheese Glaze + my visit to Traverse Town, Michigan

Tags :

In regards to a month ago, I attended #SharingbytheShore, an intimate food blogger retreat held in Traverse City, Michigan. Within the last year, I’ve been to a few blogging retreats and often had a positive experience; this trip was no different.
You might be wondering why food bloggers have retreats. Well, it offers us the chance to connect, learn more about one another on a more personal level, giggle, eat, and talk about our blogging abilities/experiences. Everyone includes a different function style, reason they blog and what they’re passionate about. Like any various other industry, it is important to get together and learn from each other (similar like you would in a conference).
The very first night we stayed in and cooked fajitas. Brandy manned the barbeque grill and produced a combo of chicken, steak and portabella mushroom (supplied by Door to Door Organics ).
I want she could come cook for me personally every night of the week because not only were the fajitas magical, but she’s thus very sugary and hilarious. (We actually made snapchat performing videos jointly!)
Another evening we stopped around to look at some great stop at Cherry Republic in Traverse City. Seriously it had been amazing! There was cherry wine, cherry pizza, cherry candies, cherry tortilla potato chips, cherry EVERYTHING. I actually bought some spicy cherry BBQ sauce for Tony’s parents!
On top of that, Traverse City is every on the drinking water. You can type of view it in the backdrop of the picture.
LOVE.
Here is a picture from the blue cheese cherry fig bacon pizza from Cherry Republic. Such an insanely delicious mixture that I would have to make it again.
If you beloved this article and you would like to get much more info concerning italian stuffed zucchini boats with ground turkey kindly take a look at our web-page. ALSO! I almost forgot to say that we acquired a waffle bar among the mornings filled with fruit, yogurt and crispy golden waffles. I haven’t ceased dreaming about those waffles since, and obviously I needed to crush that craving. So… I present you whole wheat waffles, but not simply any whole wheat waffle – ones which are jazzed up with carrot cake and pineapple flavors.
Plus don’t forget about a simple MAPLE CREAM Parmesan cheese GLAZE. Not seeking to shout at you, but simply seriously excited about how much it requires these waffles outrageous.
You will need to absolutely make these waffles ASAP. I upped the protein within the recipe with a low-fat ordinary Kefir (packed with probiotics) but you could sub buttermilk if you want. Sometimes I add 1/2 glass of zucchini towards the batter too – but no more!
Best of all? These are refrigerator friendly. Yep, you may make the waffles forward after that pop them in the toaster when you yourself have a serious waffle craving.

I have no idea why but taking in a large cup of hot cocoa before bed makes me incredibly happy. One among my newfound obsessions. Other things I’m into recently contain cinnamon roasted almonds, smiling at everyone I find, working out to the song , and staying away from traffic all the time. At one point this week I had been contemplating investing in a bus so I could ride the shoulder. It had been the only solution I could think of until I came across the DC Metro. Good news: since I won’t be investing in a bus, you are still safe on the road.

Spicy Honey Crispy Baked Chicken Wings + 10 Healthy Soccer Snacks

Tags :

Because so many of you know, I’m really not into sports. I didn’t grow up viewing or playing them, therefore i never really understood the desire for things like fantasy football.
But then I then found out that you could bet on video games. And it’s literally how I learned how to appreciate and understand the game, which is superb because all Tony wants to perform on Sunday is usually stick to the television. I have a sense he’s not the only one.
But in all honesty, it’s kind of a magic that I’ve some fascination with gambling (legally, needless to say) because right now I actually want to hang out on Sundays, watch the video games, eat football party food and chuckle in Tony’s encounter each time I get. Highly competitive right here.
For the recipe, I used my favorite chicken wings from Just BARE Chicken They can be found in a huge family pack and so are absolutely wonderful for parties or even a get-together, and honestly their poultry tastes so much better than every other brand I’ve had. Did you know Just BARE is a company of Natural/No Antibiotics-Ever and Organic varieties of poultry distributed nationally? The brand lives its mission of increasing goodness by providing good meals for more people to fuel passions and a wholesome future. Pretty awesome.
To get these chicken wings nice and crispy, I used baking powder, a suggestion I learned from Cook’s Country It’s an unbelievable way to draw out the moisture in your skin (as well as the body fat) plus get your skin golden sharp and never have to use flour or oil.

Incidentally? Have I informed you about my obsession with sloppy joes? Goodness, they are by far one of my absolute favorite comfort foods. Therefore saucy, easy to make and nostalgic. Making them healthy is really a breeze too and that means you better donate that may of Manwich to the local meals shelf because from making your personal sauce is much more delicious. My basic sloppy joe sauce are available right here Lip smackin’ good, without doubt about it.

So what I did so here was all quite simple. I cooked up some turkey and produced my very own sloppy J sauce with some ketchup (the good kind like Muir Glen), some low-sugar bbq sauce (anything less than 40 calories per 2 tbsps is normally good), mustard, worschershire, tomato sauce, and just a little cayenne for handful of heat. You simmer the sauce with extra trim surface turkey, onion and garlic clove and it’s like your mother just made a good older batch of sloppy joes for you personally.
Quite fantastic.
Of course, I didn’t simply want these to become about meat, so I added some quinoa within and the structure is absolutely phenomenal, plus I discover that it helps to help keep me full.
Then top those babies off with some ooey-gooey parmesan cheese and you’re golden.
Best yet, these reheat wonderfully and so are even freezer friendly. And they’re no more than 205 calorie consumption per pepper half! Gotta like that.
Ingredients
2/3 cup uncooked quinoa
1/4 cup organic ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
sodium and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mexican cheese (or any kind you like), plus extra if you want!
Instructions
Prepare peppers by detatching and discarding the tops, seeds and membranes. Then slice the peppers in two lengthwise. I discover it’s easiest to do this with a pairing blade. Spray a big 9×13 inch cooking pan with cooking squirt, then arrange peppers so that they all suit. Pour 1/4 cup of water in underneath of the skillet (for assisting to steam the peppers).
Cook quinoa: In a small pot, add more 1 1/3 mugs of drinking water, quinoa along with a pinch of sodium. Bring to a boil, after that cover, reduce heat and simmer for a quarter-hour. Once done cooking, fluff quinoa with fork, remove from high temperature and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
While the quinoa is cooking, you can make the turkey filling up: Place olive oil in skillet or large skillet over moderate heat. Add onions and garlic and saute for a couple minutes. Add floor turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes; breaking up and stirring consistently.
While turkey is cooking, put ketchup, tomato sauce, bbq sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and crimson pepper flakes to a medium mixing dish and stir until well combined. Established 1/2 cup of the sauce apart (for gaining best the peppers), then pour all of those other sauce in to the prepared turkey mixture and mix. Bring heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix in quinoa and simmer for a couple more minutes. Then fill each pepper with turkey quinoa mix. You might have a lot of filling, but these peppers are supposed to be a bit overflowing! Evenly send out the sauce over each pepper filling after that sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese on each; you can include more if you want.
Cover skillet with foil and bake for 45-50 moments or until peppers are blade tender and parmesan cheese is melted. Enjoy immediately!
I’ll definitively try the original sloppy joe right now!
My husband is normally sooooo picky & he loved these! I am eternally thankful for this formula.
Dont judge but We used microwavable quinoa to save a while ðŸ‚
I’ve had these for 2x lunch and 2x dinner this week! Partly because the quantities I made (and our tiny freezer) meant I had fashioned to eat that much, but they flavor so good I would have chosen to consume them that regularly anyway!
If you have any inquiries relating to where and ways to make use of recipe for vegetarian stuffed zucchini boats, you could call us at our own web site. Sloppy Joes don’t really exist in the united kingdom, but I adored the flavour of these. I didn’t possess any mustard but it didn’t detract from the flavour at all. As well as grating cheese outrageous I mixed in some Emmental (although any good melty” parmesan cheese would do!) through the entire filling too so as I was eating I’d suddenly get a mouthful of glorious stretchy cheesy goodness!
My only concern may be the sugars content, I actually couldn’t find reduced-sugar bbq sauce anywhere in my regional supermarket so will have to try online!

I can always show if it is officially fall once i begin craving warm dishes of soup. It’s not even funny just how many bowls I could consume; just fill it towards the brim and i want to drench my loaf of bread in all that broth.

Soup & bread leaves me personally deliriously happy. Is it possible to obtain high off grilled parmesan cheese? Just wondering.
Oh and not like it’s a secret or anything, but if I’m by itself I’ll sip it slowly through the bowl. Let’s not really pretend I’m the only person, internet friends.
But i want to ask you a serious question: what’s soup with out a sandwich? Without crusty toasted buttered bread and melty mozzarella cheese in the centre? Well, it just isn’t the same. If you liked this article and you would like to collect more info relating to beef stuffed zucchini boats keto generously visit the internet site. Believe me, I know this breads and soup factor. Or at least I can claim to since I’ve got this meals blog thing going on.
Really, what I’m wondering is if you’re prepared to create a FREAKING AMAZING soup and sandwich combo?
Great – We thought so!
Butta that loaf of bread!
Add some dairy mozz. Or pepper jack if you like. They melt perfectly.
Top the breads with turkey bacon and chopped up of ripe avocado.
Probably some tomatoes and new basil, as well? Your call!
Wait around ‘til everything gets all melty and lovely. The salty turkey bacon may be the ideal contrast to the creamy, warm avocado, but mozzarella is definitely my favorite part of the whole sandwich. You can even get creative and add additional ingredients like tomato vegetables and basil or perhaps some pepperoni, which elevate the taste profile of the sandwich even more.
Quick tip: Be sure you use a wonderful hearty artisan bread. I bought mine from the Whole Foods bakery and trim it thick to ensure a good, lovely crunch.
Last but definitely not least, this sandwich deserves a fantastic soup pairing so choose wisely! I pick the brand-new Creamy Tomato Progresso® Artisan Soup. It has the taste of classic tomato soup with zesty roasted peppers, garlic, and olive oil.
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this soup. For reals, guys.
In fact, Progresso® recently came out with a whole Artisan soup line that were all really delicious: Butternut Squash Masala Curry (OMG YUM), Creamy Tomato , Smoky White Bean , Creamy Potato , and Rustic Tomato You can read more about their passion for ingredients and soup here:
