We haven’t slept all freaking week. I desire I was kidding. I am preparing for the start of a whole new site for function and so we’ve been busy plugging away, remaining later, and chugging coffee. I’ve been trying to get back into training after going for a small over a week off. Last night I visited my favorite yoga exercise sculpt class. Ummmm you men… it had been genuine hell and After all that in the simplest way possible. I literally thought I was going to throw up on my yoga exercise mat, and that never happens if you ask me (sorry for being so descriptive). I guess that’s what happens after a week of holiday wines and cookie inhaling.
Today We rewarded myself with a small dark hot delicious chocolate. I figured that I haven’t had a real hot chocolate in age groups, and I sensed like I required a sweet treat to help keep me going. Without a doubt, it was Thus worthwhile. I also topped mine with extra whipped cream. It is critical to treat you to ultimately just a little indulgence; I am hoping you all perform the same this weekend!
Okay, okay. Peanut Butter Delicious chocolate Chip Oatmeal Lentil Blondies.

So here it moves: These bars are virtually the fudgiest peanut butter chocolate chip blondie EVER. You can’t actually flavor the lentils – whatever you get is a chewy, fudgy club packed with peanut butter taste. YES, it’s accurate.

I also made an interesting discovery after baking these pubs: they’re amazing frozen! Generally everytime I bake, I have to freeze my goodies so I don’t eat them all. Another tip to make these even more addicting: Sprinkle them with just a little sea sodium after baking. The salty nice peanut butter & chocolate combo is among my favorites.

Ingredients
1/2 cup crimson lentils
1/2 cup all-natural creamy or crunchy peanut butter (I like Trader Joe’s)
1/3 cup natural maple syrup
1 tablespoon natural vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup mini vegan chocolate chips, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling at the top (I take advantage of Enjoy Life brand)
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine lentils and 1 cup of water; provide to a boil. Reduce warmth, cover, and simmer for 10-15 mins or until lentils are soft. Transfer lentils to some food processor, put in a few tablespoons of drinking water, then process until lentils certainly are a smooth puree; reserve.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Apply 9×9 inch cooking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place oats in blender or food processor and procedure until finely floor and smooth like flour. Don’t get worried, it doesn’t have to be ideal but it should have a few minutes. Transfer to a large dish and whisk in baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl of electric mixer, mix jointly peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until steady. Add lentil puree and blend until well combined.
Collapse in oat combination then gently fold in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips. Pour batter into ready baking skillet and sprinkle staying chocolate chips outrageous. Bake for 20-25 mins. We made these. Excellent! In future I will use peanut butter powder to make the formula lower in extra fat. I used half agave nectar and half maple syrup. Agave is cheaper, lol. I crave sweets often and I’m glad there are meals for healthy deserts like these brownies. I’m an enormous lover of lentils and like all sorts. I used green lentils with this recipe and they worked out well.
We also made the Moroccan lentil butternut squash stew and it tasted so wonderful!

I hopped in a airline flight at 4am Thursday morning to Denver for a meeting, left that evening to soar to Kansas Town therefore i could speak at ChoppedCon , then finally flew house Friday afternoon. Hence why I missed my weekend favorites. But right here we are, slightly delayed.

Anyway, The majority of you most likely know that we moved into our first home just over a week ago. (It’s been a CRAZY week.) Prior to the move we made an effort to get rid of most of our home furniture; it helped enormously. But now I’m tasked with filling our fresh place with all the current things! They are tough decisions but our objective is pig feet good to eat to work through one room at the same time.
First we’ll be beginning in our bedroom, which I’m ridiculously excited about. I plan on getting my dresser from my friends at MegMade Plus I finally discovered a Persian rug on Etsy I love and can’t wait around to show it off! Who understood redecorating was so much work (however SO very much fun!).
My favorite place to shop for unique home goods are numerous markets or boutiques around the city. Last week I finished up finding a vintage mid century contemporary desk at the uptown classic market and dropped in love, but again need a rug for within the table! Where are your preferred places to look for furniture?

I’m heading to the Stitch Fix headquarters (OMG!) on Wednesday! It will likely be amazing and I’m thrilled to meet some bloggers outside of the food globe. As you almost certainly know, I am using StitchFix for a long time and think it’s great because I don’t have lots of time to purchasing. I’ve found a really fantastic stylist I’ve caused since the starting who fundamentally gets what I love and don’t.
After Stitch Fix, Sarah and I are interacting with up for a little girl time collectively in Detroit. So thrilled to see her.
I may have overbooked myself the past few weeks, but that’s okay – everything’s going to be thus much fun.
